Setup starts at $500: installation, migration of your existing email, configuration on your devices and a short training session. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses are billed monthly per user, directly by the provider.

Both are excellent platforms. Microsoft 365 is a good fit if you already use Word, Excel and Outlook. Google Workspace is loved for its simplicity and online collaboration. We advise you based on your habits and current tools.
